By scheduling an inspection or booking a service with Aleven Pest Control, you agree to the following terms governing property treatment, safety compliance, and warranty policies.

1. Free Inspection & Quoting

Initial property inspections in Nagpur sectors are conducted free of cost with zero obligation. Quotations issued by our technical inspectors remain valid for 30 calendar days.

2. 5-Year Written Service Warranty (Termite Defense)

Anti-Termite Drill-Fill-Seal treatments include an official written service warranty card. If subterranean termites reappear within the specified warranty period:

• Our team will perform a free re-inspection and re-treatment within 24 hours of notification.
• Re-treatments carry zero hidden charges for chemical or labor costs.

3. Customer Safety Cooperation

Customers must comply with technician post-treatment guidelines (such as allowing 15-30 minutes dry time for liquid misting before wiping surfaces).
